Delete Account & Wipe Data

GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) & Google Play User Data Compliance

At Calabi, we respect your right to be forgotten. You can permanently delete your account and erase all associated personal, fitness, and health data at any time using either the mobile application or our online request pathway.

1Delete Directly Inside the App (Instant)

The fastest way to wipe your data is directly from the Calabi Android app:

  1. Open the Calabi app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile avatar or name on the Today screen header.
  3. Select Account Security & Data Rights.
  4. Tap "Delete Account & Wipe Data" and confirm.

This immediately purges all local sandbox storage and triggers automated server-side soft-deletion across all database tables.

2Web / Email Deletion Request (Without Reinstalling)

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

Send an email to: privacy@calabi.fit or support@calabi.fit

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address registered with your Calabi account so we can verify ownership.

We process all verified email deletion requests within 30 days in compliance with GDPR Article 12(3).

What Data is Deleted?

When your deletion request is processed, the following categories of data are erased:

  • Account Profile: Name, age, biological sex, height, goals, dietary preferences, and equipment.
  • Health & Weight History: All logged body weights, target dates, and anthropometric body measurements.
  • Nutrition Logs: Complete meal logs, calories, macro breakdowns, custom recipes, and food database favorites.
  • Workout Records: All logged exercise sessions, sets, repetitions, weights lifted, and streak history.
  • AI Coach History & Memory: All conversation messages, active constraint nodes, and PR memory graphs.
  • Authentication & Credentials: Your email and user ID in Supabase Auth are permanently removed.

30-Day Retention Grace Period

Upon requesting deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and disconnected from sync. Records are marked for deletion and permanently purged from server disks and database backups after a statutory 30-day grace period.
